The talk will cover challenges and new developments in analysis of cannabinoids in human specimen matrices. This will include discussion of critical issues such as analysis of THC isomers, minor cannabinoids, and metabolites, biomarkers of cannabis exposure and impairment, and novel specimen matrices. We will present our NIJ-funded on development and validation of a method for analysis of 25 cannabinoids in oral fluid and exhaled breath condensate.
