The rapid growth of the Digital forensics in the Blockchain paradigm is critical due to its heterogeneity and lack of transparency in evidence processing. This urges a forensic framework for Blockchain which provides distributed computing, decentralization, and transparency of forensic investigation of digital evidence from cross-border perspectives.
The aim for this project is to create a system to be used to create digital forensics using blockchain technology. The party requesting the investigation will verify the owner and the issuer of the evidence from the system. This system will be built using blockchain technology which is an open-source software such as Hyperledger Besu that enables owners to easily share with third parties who can proof of evidence and validity and that it will be issued by the organization mentioned.
