Undertaking both a new technology and chemistry for validation is one thing: implementation and casework application is another whole aspect! This presentation will give attendees an overview of the breadth of work embarked upon to bring Next Generation Sequencing from theoretical application to casework: to include training, procedural development, and ultimately usage within the laboratory for clients and relevant casework. Decision points, profile criteria, and statistical determinations will be covered and highlighted in casework examples.
